Beasn Chilla with Cottage cheese Filling.
Recipe-
For Chilla batter-
Mix besan with water.
Add salt and pepper according to your taste.
Add coriander leaves in batter.
Leave batter for 15-20 mins.
For Filling-
Take grated cottage cheese (paneer).
Add salt and pepper.
Add coriander leaves.
Onion can be added(optional)
Take a non stick tawa/pan.
Brush with desi ghee.
Put the batter on it and let it cook from.both side.
Put the filling inside and fold it in half.
Serve with green and imli chutney.
