Beasn Chilla with Cottage cheese Filling.
Recipe-
For Chilla batter-
Mix besan with water.
Add salt and pepper according to your taste.
Add coriander leaves in batter.
Leave batter for 15-20 mins.
For Filling-
Take grated cottage cheese (paneer).
Add salt and pepper.
Add coriander leaves.
Onion can be added(optional)

Take a non stick tawa/pan.
Brush with desi ghee.
Put the batter on it and let it cook from.both side.
Put the filling inside and fold it in half.

Serve with green and imli chutney.

1. Early morning drink atleast 2 glass of lukewarm water.
2. Make your detox water with lemon mint ginger and cucumber and let it rest for 2 hours. After 2 hours, start drinking the detox water throughout the day.
3. Replace your tea/coffee with green tea/cinnamon tea for tomorrow.
4. Avoid any kind of sweets today, people have tendency to eat the leftover sweets, please don't do that.
5. Follow your for breakfast and lunch.

6. You can skip the dinner and have fruits with glass of milk.
you will be back to your routine.
Give yourself a good sleep tonight, it must've been a tiring day.

After fasting for the complete day.
Here are few tips for all beautiful ladies to follow.
I know you would want to eat outside, go for dinners but but please avoid very heavy and oily food after the fast as it may cause indigestion.
Please try and eat home cooked food and that too in moderation.
Try and include-
1. Lime/Coconut water- As it will help in maintaining the electrolyte balance after the fast, also will prevent acidity.

2.Curd/Paneer- For your protein requirements.
3. Chapati- It always preferred over rice after the fast as it will help in East digestion.
4.Banana- For instant energy .

5.Dates and raisins-To maintain the required glucose amount in body

Include the following foods in your Sargi.
Fruits- To keep you hydrated and energised throughout day.
Chapati- To maintain the energy levels throughout day.
Dal/sabzi- So that it maintains the salt level throughout day.
Dates/Dry fruits-Maintains glucose levels throughout day
Curd- It will help you deal with acidity specially if you have tea/coffee empty stomach.

Day before fast is as important as the fasting day
So keep yourself hydrated.
Drink coconut water.
Eat fruits and dry fruits.
Take a glass of milk before sleeping, it will help you sleep peacefully.

Watermelon smoothie

Ingredients-

1 cup of chopped watermelon

½ cup of filtered water

½ of a frozen banana

1 Handful of fresh parsley

¼ cup of freshly chopped or frozen pineapple

1 hand full of ice cubes

Instructions..

Start by adding the water and banana to the base of your blender.

Next, add in the watermelon, parsley, pineapple, and ice cubes.

Blend until very smooth.

Serve with a straw and enjoy right away.
