50 year female presented with severe low back pain radiating to both legs with numbness in left leg. She had L4-5 lytic listhesis for which Laminectomy , stabilization and interbody fusion was done using titanium cage

45 year female presented with severe low back pain with instability symptoms. There was no radiculopathy. Her MRI showed spondylodiscitis at L4-S1 level with Psoas abscess. Posterior Decompression and interbody stabilization was done. Biopsy confirmed it to be tuberculosis. Patient is on antitubercular treatment and is doing well

50 yr female presented with low back pain with pain and numbness radiating to left leg. She had instability symptoms of back pain . Pain was more in morning and there was pain while turning in bed.
MRI showed L4-5 L3-4 discgenic stenosis.
Lumbar decompression and Transforaminal lumbar internist fusion (TLIF) done at L4-5 level with microdecompression at L3-4 level

65 year male presented with numbness in both hands with gait instability and bowel bladder symptoms since 6 months. His symptoms were gradually progressive. MRI cervical spine was done and he was found to have cervical cord compression and was diagnosed as the case of CERVICAL SPONDYLOTIC MYELOPATHY.
Cord decompression was done . Cervical laminectomy was done from C3 to C6 level. He is improving without any firther deterioration of symptoms

20 year female presented with back pain and weakness in legs. There was the history of spine injury few years back. On examination she had kyphosis deformity.
She was evaluated and surgical correction of the deformity was done safely. Deformity correction was done from 60 degrees t0 less than 5 degrees.
Patient is doing extremely well

40 year female presented with weakness in all 4 limbs after the history of fall from height. She had C5-6 bifacetal fracture dislocation. Anterior stabilisation was done. Patient showed significant neurological recovery 3 months post op
