Hope doesn’t always measure in millimeters. 💕 🌸 What is Thin Endometrium?
The endometrium is the inner lining of the uterus where an embryo implants.

🔹 Ideal thickness: Usually 8–12 mm is considered optimal for embryo transfer.
🔹 Thin endometrium: Less than 7 mm reduce chances of implantation.

🌿 Causes of Thin Endometrium:
• Prior uterine surgeries or infections
• Hormonal imbalance
• Reduced blood flow to uterus
• Certain medications

💊 Can pregnancy still happen?
✨ Yes! While a thicker lining is preferred, many women conceive with 6–7 mm linings, especially if the embryo quality is good and the environment is healthy.

🌸 Takeaway:
Every case is unique. With the right care, treatment, and sometimes just a little faith, miracles happen 💕. Dr Neha IVF FOR APPOINTMENT: 9911233312

Egg Freezing: Your Fertility Insurance for the Future. Why Women should consider It
• Career planning
• Waiting for the right partner
• Medical reasons (e.g., before cancer treatment, previous ovarian surgery )
• Family planning flexibility. HOW IT WORKS : Egg freezing is a safe process where your healthy eggs are collected, frozen, and stored for future use.
• Hormone injections → Egg retrieval → Freezing (vitrification) → Storage. Best Age to Freeze Eggs: The earlier , the better !!
Ideal: before the age of 35 years. Eggs are healthier and more in number when younger. ❌ Myth: “It guarantees pregnancy later”
✅ Fact: It increases your chances but doesn’t make age irrelevant. The age at which u plan pregnancy with frozen eggs do matter along with other comorbidities and partner’s medical and reproductive status.
Age at freezing matters most
• Under 35 years: Around 60–70% live birth chance if 15–20 good-quality eggs are frozen.
• Ages 35–37: Around 40–50% chance with the same number of eggs.
• 38–40 years: Drops to 20–30%.
• Over 40 years: Success rate is below 10–15%, as egg quality declines sharply. From Mona Singh to Priyanka Chopra, actresses have choose egg freezing not to delay parenthood but to preserve autonomy. These stories remind us that motherhood can be planned with confidence, not just culturally mandated. Book a fertility consultation today. Dr Neha IVF: for appointment 9911233312

If IVF blesses you with success protect it wisely. “They conceived twins through IVF… but lost both at birth.”
A true story with a lesson for every couple.
After years of trying, a couple finally conceived twins through IVF.
Joy, hope, prayers it was a dream come true. Despite medical advice for a planned C-section,
the couple insisted on a vaginal delivery also influenced by relatives and societal beliefs. Labor was prolonged. Complications occurred.
Both babies were lost.
No words can describe the grief that followed. Months later, the same couple again tried IVF treatment & pregnancy but couldn’t conceive second time , since they were financially constrained they could not afford for 3rd cycle of IVF at that point of time . The Lesson :
Fertility is fragile , IVF is not a guarantee.
👊🏻. Don’t let emotions, egos, or pressure & rigid beliefs override medical guidance. Universe don’t give u a second chance every time . A cesarean is a life saving decision especially in high-risk pregnancies like twins after IVF.

In India, societal pressure often glorifies ‘normal delivery’, but when the stakes are high, listening to your doctor isn’t weakness , it’s wisdom.
The goal is not how the baby is born, but that the baby is born healthy and safe.

India’s First Transman IVF Case: A Breakthrough in Fertility & Identity
Case Summary: A 29‑year‑old trans man (who hadn’t yet begun hormone therapy or surgery) sought fertility preservation. He chose to freeze his own eggs and create embryos using donor s***m with his future cis-female partner. This was legally permitted and ethically navigated.

•A healthy baby was born in Kerala in 2023 in Kozhikode Medical College Hospital .
This was the first nationally documented case of an IVF-conceived child using a trans man’s oocytes in India . “From transition to transformation the power of IVF.”

A CHIMERA TWIN CASE : is one of the rarest and most fascinating genetic phenomena in medicine — and it can have important clinical implications.
What is a Chimera?
A human chimera occurs when two fertilized eggs (fraternal twins) fuse early in development into one embryo.
The resulting individual carries two distinct sets of DNA in different cells/tissues.
In other words: the person is a natural genetic mosaic from two separate embryos. Possible Presentations
1. Physical
• Different eye colors (heterochromia)
• Patchy skin pigmentation
• Ambiguous genitalia in some cases (if twins were male & female)
• Asymmetrical organ function
2. Clinical / Laboratory
• Blood type mismatch between different tissues (e.g., blood vs. buccal swab)
• Unexpected DNA results (e.g., maternity/paternity testing anomalies)
3. Reproductive
• A woman’s blood DNA may differ from her ovarian DNA — leading to false-negative maternity testing for her own children.
4. Immune
• Sometimes higher tolerance for transplants if donor DNA is already present in parts of body. Example Case:
A famous reported case involved a woman who almost lost custody of her children because DNA tests from her blood didn’t match. Only DNA from her cervical tissue revealed she was a chimera — one genome in blood, another in reproductive organs.
