Chest Fly (Machine or Dumbbell) – 3 sets of 10–12 reps
Triceps Pushdown (Cable) – 3 sets of 10–12 reps
Overhead Dumbbell Triceps Extension – 3 sets of 8–10 reps
Close-Grip Bench Press – 3 sets of 6–8 reps
Day 2: Back and Biceps
Deadlifts – 4 sets of 5 reps
Pull-Ups (or Lat Pulldown) – 4 sets of 6–8 reps
Barbell Bent-Over Rows – 4 sets of 6–8 reps
Single-Arm Dumbbell Row – 3 sets of 8–10 reps
