🛒 Ingredients (Serves 1–2)
• 1 medium broccoli, chopped (florets + tender stem)
• 6–8 almonds, soaked (or blanched)
• 2–3 garlic cloves
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper to taste
• 1–1½ cups water (adjust for thickness)
• 1–2 tbsp fresh coriander stalks, finely chopped
(very little leaves)
• Lemon juice, a dash (to finish)



👩‍🍳 Method
1. Boil / steam broccoli and garlic together till soft
(don’t overcook — keep the green colour intact).
2. Add soaked almonds and blend everything into a smooth, creamy paste.
3. Transfer to a pan, add water as needed, salt and black pepper.
4. Simmer for 2–3 minutes only.
5. Switch off the flame.
6. Add fresh coriander stalks and a dash of lemon juice.
7. Mix well and serve warm.

1 cup boiled rajma (kidney beans), well drained
• 1 medium boiled potato, mashed
• 1 small onion, finely chopped (optional)
• 1–2 cloves garlic, finely grated
• 1–2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
• 1 green chilli, finely chopped (optional)
• 1 tsp red chilli powder / chilli flakes
• ½ tsp cumin powder
• ½ tsp garam masala
• Salt to taste
• 1–2 tbsp roasted besan or oats powder (for binding)
• Few drops oil (only for brushing)

Method
1. Lightly mash the rajma — keep some texture.
2. Mix rajma, potato, garlic, coriander, spices, salt, and besan/oats.
3. Shape into medium-sized tikkis.
4. Brush lightly with oil.
5. Air fry at 180°C for 12–15 minutes, flipping once, till golden and crisp.
(Pan option: shallow cook on low flame with minimal oil.)
