My journey with YOGA
Yes I decided to be a YOGI !!!!!!
My name is Vikram Chopra . All in life I have worked in different fields like hospitality , Bpos , IT companies . I realised as working and living lifestyles change drastically, this fast paced life is effecting us a lot .For example poor digestion ,stress , depression , poor body posture , weakened muscles , relationships with family and friends.
And the same thing happened with me as well .
I used to feel completely drained by the end of the day . Bitter relationships , too much of stress. Low immunity and poor body structure and what not. So I decided to make morning yoga practice the very first thing in my do list.
Because I heard that Yoga is best for weight loss, a strong and flexible body, glowing beautiful skin, peaceful mind, good health etc. .
However to tell you the truth
Yoga is only partially understood as being limited to asana (yoga poses). As such, its benefits are only perceived to be at the body level and we fail to realize the immense benefits yoga offers in uniting the body, mind and breath. When you are in harmony, the journey through life is calmer, happier and more fulfilling.
Few benefits I would like to mention in this write up of mine.
· Yoga also teaches you how to make better decisions. Everything about practicing yoga involves intention—you set apart time in your day to do it, you move in a specific manner, breathe in a specific way .
· Increases your blood flow. Yoga gets your blood flowing. More specifically, the relaxation exercises you learn in yoga can help your circulation, especially in your hands and feet. Yoga also gets more oxygen to your cells, which function better as a result .
· Yoga can even help improve your relationship with your spouse, parents, friends or loved ones! A mind that is relaxed, happy and contented is better able to deal with sensitive relationship matters. Yoga and meditation keeps the mind happy and peaceful; and watch how your relations with those around you blossom !
Here I am teaching Yoga to all , which is not only limited to asans or yoga poses. My teaching would help in uniting body , mind and breath and you can see the miracles happening to yourself .
