The proprietorship company is promoted by Dr Manoj Rai Mehta who has vast clinical and entrepreneurial experience. A graduate from the premier medical school- All India Institute of Medical Sciences he completed post graduation in Ophthalmology from Dr Rajendra Prasad Centre for Ophthalmic Sciences (AIIMS). He has more than 25 years of experience in the field of eye surgery. He has excelled as a surgeon, teacher and administrator. Dr Mehta Eye Care headed eye surgery department at Escorts Fortis Hospital, Faridabad for more than 15 years and also lead CSR activities of the Escorts group. He diversified into Quality Management and successfully implemented QMS in the hospital. After completing an advanced course in hospital management he became Medical Director of Fortis Hospital Noida. He held the position for 4 years. Dr Mehta Eye Care became COO of Riyadh Medicine Company that lead to setting up of business plans for a chain of hospitals, medical centres and pharmacies. Dr Mehta returned to active clinical practice successfully and excels in anterior segment and refractive surgeries besides medical ophthalmology and lasers.
