Understanding the exact requirement of our client. Personal interaction with candidate to judge his/her suitability to the company’s culture and environment. Short-listing the candidates on the basis of ‘job match’ & individual profile. Arranging & coordinating for interviews as per schedule given by our client. Regular communication with the client and candidate to get the feedback of both the parties. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• 15 days gross salary Payment (by cheque / draft in favor of) shall be made in the name of AkashYadav, for all selections within 60 days of Joining of person.
• 30% discount will be given if payment made within 30 days.
** Gross will include Basic, HRA, PF, LTA, Medical, Uniform allowance, soft furnishing allowance, Education allowance, periodicals allowance, conveyance and any other remuneration under any other head which is given as monthly /annual compensation.
