Feeling Honored and grateful to AO Spine .. for awarding me a International Spine Fellowship at Centre of Spine and Orthopaedics ,Thornton ,Denver US.
I would like to Thank Dr Michael Jenssen ,Dr Rumley and Dr Levi for giving me an opportunity to enhance my skills .made new overseas friend .It was indeed an enlightening experience for me.

With compression to spinal cord
Pt Had upper motor neuron sign positive
With Grade 4 power at Bilateral hip joint.
With no bladder bowel involvement.
Pt had a sever pain in upper back with difficulty ti sitting and standing.

Posterior transpedicular Decompression with fixation was done..
Pt was ATT for 18 month daily regime.
Now pt is on 2 yr followup with good functional recovery.

This is problem when you went to quack for treatment of elbow injuries..Very tight bandage..Which can affect blood supp...

Always find out Ortho Doctor nearby than quack for treatment of limb injuries.

Dont take yours knee to this stage..
Get the knee replacement done at appriopriate age and time.. if you have problem 0f Osteoarthritis and replacement is indicated.
In such cases surgery is complex and sometimes primary knee implant is not a good choice and results of surgery , suvivorship of implant are dissappilonting
