Worldwide Practice Session of Yoga Nidra

Under the supreme guidance of revered master Anandmurti Gurumaa, a global Yoga Nidra session was organised across 50 cities worldwide on Sunday, 14th September 2025 at 11:00 AM Shri Radha Krishna Dham,Faridkot.

On this historic occasion, 150 new seekers experienced Yoga Nidra for the very first time and pledged to make it a part of their daily lives.

This powerful practice will release stress and tension
cultivate inner peace awaken higher awareness

Truly, history was created as seekers took a step forward on their spiritual journey.
