Choose your implant and surgeon wisely!!!!!
Old lady (80 yrs ) who underwent THR outside elsewhere 4 mnths back..dislocated 3 times since then....revised with imported constrained hip with abductor strengthening and meticulous repair with high tensile fibrewire.....excellent stability achieved intraop...hoping for early recovery.
Thanks to almighty..could perform difficult revision cases and could end the agony and misery the old lady was facing.....god bless her.

वृद्ध महिला (80 वर्ष) का 4 महीने पहले कहीं और THR हुआ था... तब से 3 बार डिस्लोकेशन हुआ है... आयातित (imported) कंस्ट्रेन्ड हिप के साथ एबडक्टर स्ट्रेंथनिंग (मासपेशियौ को बांधकर )और हाई टेन्साइल फाइबरवायर से सावधानीपूर्वक मरम्मत की गई... ऑपरेशन के दौरान stability अछी प्राप्त हुई... जल्द ही ठीक होने की उम्मीद है।
ईश्वर का धन्यवाद... कठिन रिवीजन केस कर पाए और वृद्ध महिला की पीड़ा और दुख को समाप्त कर पाए... ईश्वर उन्हें आशीर्वाद दे।

Young patient who underwent total hip replacement elsewhere 2 years back and was in agony...revised with IMPORTED REVISION MULTIHOLE TANTALUM CUP..with copious allograft at the base....at our centre.
Thanks to almighty..that I could perform difficult revision cases and could end the agony and misery patient was facing...
Hoping for early recovery...God bless him.

एक युवा मरीज़, जिसने 2 साल पहले कहीं और टोटल हिप रिप्लेसमेंट करवाया था और बहुत तकलीफ़ में था... हमारे सेंटर में इम्पोर्टेड रिवीज़न मल्टीहोल टैंटलम कप से... बेस पर भरपूर एलोग्राफ़्ट के साथ... उसका रिवीज़न किया गया।
ईश्वर का शुक्र है... कि मैं मुश्किल रिवीज़न केस कर पाया और मरीज़ की तकलीफ़ और दुःख को दूर कर पाया...
जल्द ठीक होने की उम्मीद है... भगवान उसे आशीर्वाद दें।

Subtrochanteric fracture in previously malunited acetabulum with o.a grd 4..
Complex total hip was planned with uncemented long stem with trohanteric stabilisation plate.

Protrusio acetabuli, a condition where the femoral head migrates into the pelvis, is a common complication of rheumatoid arthritis. It's characterized by a progressive destructive arthropathy of the hip joint, leading to significant pain, stiffness, and reduced function. Treatment typically involves total hip replacement surgery, often with bone grafting to address the bony defects. Complex cases need complex solution....massive protrusio on left managed by cage and allograft....grd 3 protrusi on right managed by uncemented multihole cup..Both knees replaced in standard fashion. Hoping for early recovery.

प्रोट्रूसियो एसिटाबुली, एक ऐसी स्थिति जहां femoral head अंदर चला जाता है, रुमेटीइड गठिया मे सामान्य है। यह कूल्हे के जोड़ की एक विनाशकारी आर्थ्रोपैथी है, जिससे दर्द, कठोरता और कम कार्यक्षमता होती है। उपचार में आमतौर पर हिप रिप्लेसमेंट सर्जरी शामिल होती है, अक्सर हड्डी का ग्राफ्टिंग किया जाता है। जटिल मामलों में जटिल समाधान की आवश्यकता होती है.... बाईं ओर hip मे बड़े प्रोट्रूसियो को cage और एलोग्राफ़्ट द्वारा किया गया.... दाईं ओर hip मे ग्रेड 3 प्रोट्रूसी को अनसीमेंटेड मल्टीहोल कप द्वारा किया गया.. दोनों घुटनों को normal तरीके से बदल दिया गया है। जल्दी ठीक होने की उम्मीद है।

Kudos to the spirit of this lady( with single kidney ) who underwent all 4 major joints replaced by us..over the span of 5 years..feeling blessed to have the trust of the patient, family and relatives who chose us every single time for her joint replacenent.
