Successfully conducted C Section of a thrombocytopenic (low platelets count ) patient the platelets count was just 50000 , 15days back.

High Risk Pregnancy Management without Jumbo pack and no platelets transfusion . Only 1 injection worked it all. Successful delivery and got discharged after 3 days .
