55 yr old male admitted with H/o ROADSIDE ACCIDENT... xrays showed that he is having FLOATING KNEE ( Distal femur # & Proximal tibia #).. Wound was present over the fracture....

So, Trans Articular external fixator was applied , antibiotics and daily dressing was done... wound healed and then, plating was done

Revision hip arthroplasty done by removing the stem by making a window in the femur... Long stem was used in the case and encirclage done over the window.
