A good intake of water is an absolute must to maintain a healthy body.
It is extremely important that we keep ourselves hydrated at all times as water helps in regulating the body temperature, transporting of nutrients and in expelling waste from our bodies.
There are times when we get too busy to drink water and experience headaches, dry mouth and poor hydration. These are clear indicators that your body is dehydrated.
Tips to stay Hydrated
- Carry a bottle of water with you during the day
- Drink water before, during and after a workout
- If you feel hungry try drinking a glass of water, sometimes our bodies confuse thirst for hunger.
- Maintain schedule to help you keep track and remember to drink water.
