Kapha for strength, stamina, lubrication.
Pitta for digestion, transformation, heat
Vata for elimination, all movement

We need all the 3 Doshas for our survival and to support life

Taking many Dosha quiz - always gives a different result and makes one confused. Finding out who truly are is unique to you and you are the only one who can say what you are experiencing. One of the ways to find out is by tuning inward and speaking from the gut, the feelings and your experiences.

When any of the Dosha’s goes out of balance it shows signs. So one needs to treat the aggravated dosha. By working toward the pacifying the aggravated dosha by changing diet, lifestyle and doing ayurvedic therapies is the key to attain balance.
