60 years Male patient c/o bilateral lower limb radiculopathy...MRI shows severe 2 level L 4 - L5 and L5 -S1 canal stenosis...It was operated.. lumbar canal is decompressed and stabilised ...Patient is comfortable and pain free post operative..

45year old Male with H/o steroid abuse presents with Bilateral lower limb radiculopathy... patient has been bed ridden since 1month...MRI shows D7 and L1 compression fracture D7 .. immediately patient is operated decompression and fixation done... Patient is pain free and able to walk comfortably..
