this is new health boutique for u,at your service.Fitness counts in every one's life,fitness is nothing but any activity you perform with total perfection in less time.My purpose is to provide health to every one till last breath.Their are many activities which definitely enhance health fitness but,later on leaves a bad taste in the rest of life. Some specific Yoga exercises should be impart of your daily fitness exercises.One must attain fitness level with outer or muscular look as well as healthy internal organs.that is what we call NIROG KAYA .
