Artificial birth control is an unnatural phenomenon and should not be supported. Birth control can be achieved naturally by fulfilling the following conditions:
1. Good Health
2. Nourishing Food
3. Intellectual Development
4. Less Worries and Anxieties
It is a natural phenomenon that the rate of birth is much faster in the poorer countries than that in the developed ones. Without fulfilling the above conditions any effort for artificial birth control will be useless. These efforts are made only to divert the attention of the people from real problem. Malthus' theory of population is not a correct one.

The world is moving rapidly from physicality to intellectuality. A day is sure to come when this intellectuality will be transformed into spirituality. Just as the intellectual age is fast approaching, the spiritual age will also come in the very near future.

There are three types of beings. The first are physical beings, like dogs. If you call a dog an abusive name it remains indifferent. The second are psychic beings, such as human beings. If you insult a man he will get angry, and he may even start weeping or commit su***de. The third are spiritual beings. A time will come when there will also be many spiritual beings on this Earth.

What's are the possible physiological effects of the application of positive or negative microvita? How and why do they take place??
If a large quantity of positive or negative microvita enter a person, there may be instantaneous or gradual death. If the body is not properly developed, as in the case of boys below 16 years of age, or in the case of ladies whose minds are very sentimental, the application of positive or negative microvita may bring about instantaneous death.
To receive the application of positive microvita the body should not be carnivorous; it must be vegetarian. Non vegetarians are not fit to receive the application of positive microvita.
Positive or negative microvita can affect the protoplasmic cells of a structure directly, and even bring about a change in the genetic structure. Even the s*x of a person can change due to the application of positive or negative microvita.
The glands and sub-glands also are directly affected by the negative or positive microvita, which in this way influence the hormone secretions as well as the nerve cells or nerve fibres. One may gain or loss power of memory, or strength, as result of positive or negative microvita.

Importance of Lymph: Part 1
Vegetarian produce more lymph because they get chlorophyll from grass and other green vegetation, and that is why their brains are more developed than those of non-vegetarain. Those who consume animal protein [ neglecting green vegetation] suffer from want of lymph because animal protein contains very little chlorophyll.
Maximum lymph is produced from food which contains a lots of chlorophyll, such as green vegetables and especially the tips of the stem of creepeers.

"Devotion means service unto the Lord. Devotion is of the nature of selfless love. Devotion is bliss incarnate. Devotion is the very life of the devotee."

Devotion means working in the service of the Supreme according to His satisfaction. Without devotion, one's mind cannot rise beyond the pituitary gland- if any wants to take the mind beyond that, one needs devotion. So the supreme spiritual progress of microcosms is never possible without devotion.

The complexity of their cells increased and their bodies gradually became smaller, and eventually their mental power also increased. That is, the physical body first became very big, and after attaining a particular shape, the structure became complicated or complex; and from the moment, in the next stage or phase, as they moved along the path of introversion towards the Supreme Desideratum, their physical body went on diminishing in size and their psychic body was strengthened - their intellect increased. This is the adjustment or equilibrium or equipoise between biological structures and psychic metamorphosis.

Human beings must be always try and adjust their own microcosm with the Macrocosmic blendings. The microcosms will have to move with accelerating speed towards the Supreme Entity - towards the non-manifest supreme rays. In the endeavour, human being are bound to be successful if they try. If human beings make proper effort, they must succeed, they will have to succeed, because their ectoplasmic entity and endoplasmic coverage are both influenced by microvita.

Although carnivores maybe more clever or cunning than granivores, they are generally less intellectual. It will be very difficult for a tiger, a cat or a dog to perform spiritual practices. A monkey or cow may perform spiritual practices because they get much chlorophyll from grass and other green vegetation. Granivorous animals produce more lymph than carnivores, and that is why their brains are more developed.

Human being are social beings, and so in our social life, microvita must not be allowed to function. One of the important expressions of negative microvita on the human mind or human society is dogma. If you want to encourage positive microvita, if you want to encourage spirituality, you must fight dogma in different spheres and levels and arenas and strata of the society. This never-ending fight against dogma will help you a great deal in establishing a society of spiritualistic order, and in maintaining a balance amongst the three layers of human existence, the physical, the psychic and the spiritual.

Different names of GOD:
Keshava: The Lord by whose grace - One establishes one's control over this- Over the flow of respiratory system is -'Keshava'.
Keshava, the Lord- always encourages kiirtana.

Na'ra'yana: In Sanskrit language, the na'ra has got 3 meanings. One meaning of na'ra is niira - that is water. Another meaning of na'ra is devotion. You know in ancient times there was a great sage his name was Na'rada. The man who distributes devotion. And 3rd meaning of na'ra is the cosmic operative principal (prakriti ). Cosmic creative faculty. And a'yana means shelter. Now who is the shelter of cosmic operative principal? Who is the shelter of cosmic faculty? The Parama Purus'a (God). Hence Na'ra'yana means Parama Purus'a- the same meaning. Keshava, Parama Purus'a, Hari, Na'ra'yana- same meaning.

Ma'dhava: In Sanskrit, the word ma has got 3 meanings. One meaning of ma- Is simply a negative term, just like 'not'- 'no'. Another meaning of ma is tongue. And the 3rd meaning is, cosmic operative principal. And dhava means husband. Dhava has got 2 meanings, one meaning is husband, another meaning is dress- clothes. Now Ma'dhava means, Lord of the operative principal, same as Na'ra'yana. That's the Parama Purus'a. Ma'dhava also means Parama Purus'a.

Svadha' or Khuda': Means the self creating entity. In old Vedic - Svadha', in old Iranian - Khuda'. Means who creates Himself.

You should be aware of the clear distinction between viru'pa (displeased) and vimukha(angry). Let me illustrate. Suppose someone asks you a question which irritates you, and you burst out in angry impatience, "You stupid fool. I won't answer your silly question". This is an example of viru'pa or displeased. After sometime, when you have cooled down and regained your usual composer, you will probably forgive the questioner. But once you are vimukha or permanently angry, you will never forgive him. Similarly, if your charioteer is ever displeased with you for your mistakes. He will guide you back to the right path, but if he is vimukha or permanently indifferent it will be be highly painful, unbearable painful. You may happen to make your sa'rathi displeased due to your inadvertence, but you must never make Him permanently indifferent (vimukha) to you.
