स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय के उचित अनुमोदन से। भारत सरकार, PCI ने भारत के राजपत्र में "डिप्लोमा इन फार्मेसी एग्जिट एग्जामिनेशन रेगुलेशन, 2022" अधिसूचित किया है। असाधारण संख्या 109, भाग-III, खंड-4, दि. 24.02.2022। उक्त विनियम इसके साथ परिशिष्ट-1 के रूप में संलग्न है।
आगे कहा गया है कि पीसीआई की 388वीं कार्यकारी समिति ने 28.01.2023 को हुई अपनी बैठक में निर्णय लिया है कि "डिप्लोमा इन फार्मेसी एग्जिट एग्जामिनेशन रेगुलेशन, 2022" के तहत एग्जिट परीक्षा डी.फार्मा कोर्स के 2022-2023 बैच से लागू की जाएगी।
