Absent pulmonary valve syndrome FAllOT 's type---
A rare congenital anomaly but can be easily diagnosed on antenatal ultrasound--chracterized by -
1.Aneurysmal dilatation of main and branched pulmonary arteries.
2.Massive regurgitation of the pulmonary valve with stenotic component as well---biidirectional high velocity flow across the valve.
3.Presence of a normal sized aorta overiding VSD---FALLOT's component.
prognosis is poor.
