My casual talk with my dear patient after successful operation and knowing her trust and belief on me is truly satisfying.

We successfully performed a historic heart operation for closure of one of the largest holes in heart in a 57-year-old lady. What seemed almost impossible to take up for operation became possible with faith of the patient and family on us.

She is recovering well. Grateful for all prayers and support. 💐🫶🙏💕

🙏 COPD or Chronic ILD with Respiratory Failure and low oxygen saturation may need oxygen support at home too. Home care is equally important as hospital treatment.

🫶 Our 84 years old Boju, with poor hearing and vision, recovered from prolonged coma due to untreated respiratory failure and is now going home conscious with an oxygen concentrator. Compassion, family care and timely oxygen support can make remarkable differences.

🙏💐 Respecting and caring for the elderly is not charity, it is culture.

Old age is inevitable, and after 80 years, our Octogenarians need more care, empathy and support.
No one should be denied attention or treatment simply because of advanced age. *** With these principles, we are able to sent back home hundreds of 90 plus patients with multiple diseases from our ICU, their family really feel blessed and extend their prayers and blessings to us. 🤞

STRENGTH OF FAITH IN DOCTORS 🙏
Good Morning News 💐
👉 Many events come across in our profession, but a few remain unforgettable. Our 94-year-old Anala/Grandma made a miraculous recovery after remaining in coma for 10 days. At her age, with multiple serious illnesses, ventilator support, brain hemorrhage, and subdural hematoma, the chances were extremely poor. Referred from CRH, the family was aware of the difficult outcome and could not get her admitted elsewhere.

💐 Her daughter, Amla, known to me for her kindness in helping poor patients, came with hope and trust, requesting us to admit her mother. Without losing compassion or hope, our Cardiology team and staff gave our best efforts to bring her out of the situation.

Today, she is conscious, talking, and has even come for follow-up review. Even I sometimes cannot believe what we have achieved together. Such moments remind us that medicine works not only with treatment and technology, but also with faith, trust, positivity, and collective effort.

Grateful to our dedicated staff and to the family for keeping faith in us without doubt or negativity. 🤞💐🫶🙏

👉 Despite extensive media coverage of the Hon’ble PM visit, we were privileged to find a place on the front page of esteemed Newspaper for achieving a milestone—the highest number of specialised heart operations.
🫶💐 It is heartening to see that health is truly being valued as wealth.
