On the occasion of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama's 90th birthday, I and my brothers are overjoyed to plant over 600 saplings today and tomorrow in his honor.
My deepest gratitude for his long life and endless blessings.
Because of his blessings, I had the privilege of becoming the first Sikkimese Tibetan Amchi (traditional doctor) from Sikkim.
Words cannot fully express my thankfulness, but his guidance—to strive to be good human beings, and if we cannot help, at least not harm—is a philosophy I strive to follow in daily life.
