The concept of time has annoying me 24 hours sometimes feel like itโ€™s not enoughโ€ฆ Lately been wondering who even created this in the first place.

Iโ€™ve been in a calmer place so far this month have been up good and is treating me well. Made new friends, made new connections, had new experiences, started my hospital internship, exposures been good so far ๐Ÿ’—โœจ

A day in my life as a nutrition student:
โ€ข Early morning hearty breakfast with some green tea to sustain me through morning half

โ€ข Went for an outreach health camp to a local school for adolescent nutrition

โ€ข Came back had a protein dense lunch

โ€ข Then took some protein powder drink for pre-workout

โ€ข Worked out on my back muscles and a light cardio in an elevated position

โ€ข Came back ate a banana as a post workout snack

โ€ข After that settled in to make a protein dense dinner with salad for complex carbs

โ€ข And then ended the day with 8 hours of sleep
