Conditions Where BMD (DEXA) Testing Is Essential- Cancer & Other Diseases

CANCER
1. Breast Cancer
Hormonal therapy (aromatase inhibitors) accelerates bone loss.

2. Prostate Cancer
Androgen Deprivation Therapy (ADT) significantly reduces bone density.

3. Multiple Myeloma
Cancer directly destroys bone structure.

4. Bone Metastasis
Cancer spread weakens bone and increases fracture risk.

OTHER CONDITION
