Strengthening the implementation of the "100 Model Facility Initiative", Project Coordinators of ABDM PMU Assam carried out extensive field visits across 12 districts—Kamrup, Kamrup (Rural), Charaideo, Sivasagar, Jorhat, Golaghat, Hojai, Nagaon, Kokrajhar, Chirang, Morigaon, and Darrang. During the visits, the team actively engaged with health facility staff and District Programme Management Units to accelerate implementation at the ground level. Focus was also placed on ensuring the effective distribution of IEC materials provided by the ABDM State Office.

These efforts reflect ABDM Assam’s continued commitment to strengthening digital health adoption and enhancing healthcare service delivery across the state. National Health Authority
