“Bas thoda settle ho jaaun, phir start karungi” — this is probably the biggest trap in health and fitness.

Because honestly, that “perfect time” never really comes.

Kabhi kisi ka birthday aa jaata hai,
kabhi koi shaadi,
kabhi festival season,
kabhi office ka hectic month,
kabhi bachchon ki chhuttiyan,
phir sochte hain — chalo January se pakka start karenge.

Aur dekhte hi dekhte 40, 45, 50… time nikal jaata hai,
aur hum wahi ke wahi.

Lekin ek cheez rukti nahi hai — your body.

30 ke baad dheere dheere muscle loss shuru ho jaata hai.
Bone strength bhi kam hone lagti hai, especially menopause ke baad.
Metabolism bhi slow padta hai, specially jab activity kam ho.
Aur jo strength aaj build nahi karte, baad mein aur mushkil ho jaata hai.

Zindagi kabhi “calm” nahi hoti.
Yeh aap bhi jaante ho.

Isliye perfect moment ka wait mat karo.

Shuru karo — thoda imperfect, thoda messy.

Chahe bas 20 minute ki walk ho,
