Yesterday seven months POG baby was discharged on D21 of life.baby was on ventilator (intubated) For 5 days ,next 6 days on CPAP ventilator and 8days on oxygen.baby was premature so surfactant was given on D1.baby’s admission wt was 900gm and today’s wt 1.1 gm.Unfortunately baby’s mother expires day after delivery due to hepatic encephalopathy.it was the blessing of the mother who saved her child.
