1. एलोवेरा जेल – ताज़े एलोवेरा का गूदा रोज़ चेहरे पर लगाने से दाग-धब्बे हल्के होने लगते हैं।

2. नींबू का रस + गुलाबजल – नींबू के रस में थोड़ा गुलाबजल मिलाकर दागों पर लगाएँ, लेकिन संवेदनशील त्वचा वाले पहले टेस्ट कर लें।

3. हल्दी और दूध – हल्दी पाउडर को दूध में मिलाकर पेस्ट बनाएं और चेहरे पर लगाएँ। यह त्वचा को साफ और चमकदार करता है।

4. आलू का रस – कच्चे आलू का रस या स्लाइस प्रभावित जगह पर लगाने से काले धब्बे हल्के पड़ते हैं।

5. चना आटा + दही – चने के आटे और दही से पेस्ट बनाकर फेस पैक की तरह लगाएँ, इससे स्किन की रंगत निखरती है।

👉 ध्यान रखें:

धूप में निकलते समय सनस्क्रीन जरूर लगाएँ।

ज्यादा तेज़ असर की उम्मीद न करें, इन घरेलू उपायों में समय लगता है।

अगर दाग-धब्बे बहुत पुराने या गहरे हों तो डॉक्टर की सलाह लें।
