FROM STRUGGLES TO MIRACLES: KRITIKA'S JOURNEY TO HEALTH AND MOTHERHOOD!

Kritika’s life had been overshadowed by a series of health challenges that left her feeling frustrated and hopeless. For two years, she had been trying to conceive, but irregular periods and a complete absence of menstruation for six months posed significant hurdles. Diagnosed with PCOD by her gynecologist, Kritika also battled severe acne, thinning hair, weight gain, low energy levels, and mounting stress.

UNITED IN WELLNESS: SALIL AND SUVARNA’S TRANSFORMATIVE JOURNEY

Salil and Suvarna Pradhan, a self-employed entrepreneur and a Head of Technology at a renowned bank, faced a series of health challenges that significantly impacted their lives.

Determined to make a change, they connected with a coach from the Wellness Quotient Community and embarked on a transformative journey, focusing on all the pillars of wellness: nutrition, exercise, stress management, and overall lifestyle modifications.

At 42, Suvarna dealt with asthma, high cholesterol, digestive issues, joint pain, dermatitis, irregular periods, and allergic bronchial wheezing. She also struggled with acidity, high BP, and a meniscus tear, which limited her physical activity.

Meanwhile, Salil, 44, battled diabetes for six years (with an HbA1c of 9.7), varicose veins, and being overweight, with a busy schedule that left little time for exercise.

Under the expert guidance of their coach, they adopted personalized dietary modifications, stress management techniques, and targeted lifestyle changes.
