As a clinical dietitian and founder of Diet Clinic, many often wonder what I eat in a day. Is it all salads and green juices? Is there a secret potion? The truth is, my daily diet is simple, balanced, and sustainable—built not on restrictions, but on mindful choices that fuel my body and inspire others.

Morning Routine: Fuel for the Day
My day begins with a glass of warm water infused with lemon and a few drops of apple cider vinegar to kickstart digestion. Within an hour, I follow it up with a wholesome breakfast—typically a bowl of oats with chia seeds, nuts, and seasonal fruits. This gives me fiber, protein, and the energy to take on the day.

Mid-Morning Snack: Nutrient Boost
I never skip my mid-morning snack—a handful of roasted makhanas or a fruit like papaya or apple. This keeps my metabolism active and prevents overeating at lunch.

Lunch: Balanced and Satisfying
Lunch is a sacred meal. My plate includes a multigrain roti, a bowl of seasonal vegetables, dal or paneer, and a mixed salad. I prioritize variety and nutrients, with minimal oil and zero fried items.

Evening: Hydration and Light Nourishment
Post-lunch, hydration is key—herbal teas, infused water, or buttermilk. In the evening, I prefer a protein-rich snack like boiled eggs or sprouts chaat, followed by light stretching or a walk.

Dinner: Light and Early
Dinner is always early—by 7:30 PM. It includes a bowl of clear soup with sautéed vegetables or a grilled paneer salad. I avoid carbs at night to aid digestion and improve sleep quality.
