There are two magical phrases that can change your life beyond recognition.These phrases are "I have enough" and "I am worthy".

So let's start with "I have enough" . Why do we suffer in life? It is because we are constantly missing something and think we do not have enough.
Not enough of money
Not enough of love
Not enough of attention
Not enough of self-confidence, etc.

But what if instead of dwelling on what you lack, you start thinking about what you already have?

Try to say to yourself - "I have enough of love!". How do you feel when you say this?
I am sure - the feeling of joy begins to rise.

Go on with:
I have enough of money!
I have enough of health! I have enough of love!
I have enough happiness! I have enough joy! -

You can play with it however you like - “I have enough free space on the road! (for drivers)
I have enough beauty!
I have enough creative energy!
I have enough self-control and confidence! "

Play with these words however you like!
Be like a child and feel like you actually have plenty of everything.

As soon as you get upset about something - immediately remember the words “I have enough” and apply them according to the situation.

So let's look at the second phrase. If we do not have something, we either do not need it, or we consider ourselves unworthy of it (most of the times). So, according to the same scheme above, we repeat to yourself.
I am worthy of love!
I am worthy of money!
I am worthy of pleasure!
I am worthy of all the best in life!

Come up with a wonderful affirmation with these words and repeat them constantly.
Repeat until you believe it, and then miracles will begin to happen.

The eternal struggle between heart and brain:

This topic is mainly aimed at those who find it hard to let go of their feelings, those who think that following your head is somehow safer than following your heart. Well, the mind (brain, reason) is important, of course, but every now and then you should listen to that little part of you (gut feeling) that sometimes tells you to go in the opposite direction from the one you are taking. Learn to follow that little voice that screams in your head that there is something wrong, that all that glitters is not gold. The sixth sense is one of those gifts that should be taken seriously. We should be grateful and learn to use it properly because it could help us a lot at any time in our life.

A good sense of humor can't cure all ailments, but data is mounting about the positive things laughter can do.

Short-term benefits:
A good laugh has great short-term effects. When you start to laugh, it doesn't just lighten your load mentally, it actually induces physical changes in your body.

Laughter can:

Stimulate many organs- Laughter enhances your intake of oxygen-rich air, stimulates your heart, lungs and muscles, and increases the endorphins that are released by your brain.

Activate and relieve your stress response- A rollicking laugh fires up and then cools down your stress response, and it can increase and then decrease your heart rate and blood pressure. The result? A good, relaxed feeling.

Soothe tension- Laughter can also stimulate circulation and aid muscle relaxation, both of which can help reduce some of the physical symptoms of stress.

Long-term effects:

Gas due to stress:
The gas problem in the stomach is called gas. The reason it comes and goes is because of food deficiencies. Much of it comes from mental stress!

Hypertension due to rage:
People who do not control their temperament are more likely to have high blood pressure than those who eat more salt!

Cholesterol triglyceride:
Cholesterol triglyceride is more common in people who are overweight than in those who eat fatty foods!

Diabetes problem:
More people who are selfish and stubborn than those who eat a lot of sweets!

Asthma due to overeating:
Asthma is caused by changes in the lungs due to overeating, rather than shortness of breath.

Calmness or Heart Attack:
Changes in heart rate are more likely to be caused by a lack of calmness than by circulatory disorders. That is why man is getting heart disease. On the whole, it seems that the root cause of all diseases in the body is often related to lifestyle rather than eating habits. They showed various reasons for that.

25% due to psychological reasons
15% due to lack of social and friendly relationships
10% due to physical reasons

Psychsupport The most common example of this; is anger, distracting from pain and hurt.

When clients come to therapy for anger issues, I try to focus on their emotions, the anger is protecting or hiding. Pain, shame, embarrassment, guilt, loss, even love are all emotions which can give rise to the anger when left unprocessed.

Emotions are complex and often we feel multiple emotions simultaneously rather than one at a time but we tend to label the one that is more clearly visible to us and the others get ignored in the process.

Next time when you label the emotion, take a minute to check in and see if there are any other emotions lying beneath which might be calling for your attention.

Psychsupport The more you deny yourself something, the more you crave it. Food, alcohol, people, emotions.

The idea is to understand why you want it instead of blocking it completely. It will take hold of your mind, keeping you stuck, no matter what you do.

No one is born hateful, they learn to be hateful. It serves the stabilizing purpose of deflecting or reflecting pains and truth we do not wish to accept about ourselves.

Try to take a moment and loom at the hate you feel and ask yourself what pain it is hiding from you. Can you face it?

Know you do not have to do this alone. Reach out to a psychologist or mental health professional in case you need some extra support.
