If you are suffering from Joint pains and Arthritis...
Then avoid foods that spikes inflammation else your body will keep making more and more proteins which are sticky and traps Red blood cells, whose job is to deliver oxygen throughout your body and oxygen is necessary for healing. When you have too much of this protein floating around in your blood, it eventually forms clots or clumps. This sticky clumps then attach to your joints and make it nearly impossible for healing oxygen rich red blood cells to do their job...It will keep causing more irritation in your joints, which leads to more inflammation and you will never heal or be rid of the pain.

Aspirin, ibuprofen, advil, celebrex, motrin, Tylenol etc...they are only designed to fight inflammation with lot of side effects
Tylenol destroys your liver,
Ibuprofen causes stomach ulcers, bleeding issues, high blood pressure with high risk of stroke or heart attack.
Want relief from Joint pains and Arthritis then eat the following :
1. Consume 500mg tumeric twice a day.
2. Consume Ginger daily.
3. Try to reduce Fibrin out of your body by eating foods having Proteolytic Enzymes.
4. Eat Papaya and Pinneapple, Mushrooms
5. Consume Boswellia Serrata (Loban)Take 300-500mg twice a day as it contains Boswellic acids.
6. Take foods that have Rutin like Oranges, Plums, Grapes, Cherries, Apricots, Apples etc
