Is your new year's resolutions is to lose weight?
Beginning a new year gives you the opportunity to reflect on the previous year and plan the improvements you want to make in your life
Here are some tips to keep WEIGHT LOSS as new year's resolutions
1. CREATE A LIST OF THINGS YOU WILL GIVE UP
This could be anything that effects your weight like
•Liquid calories like alcohol and soda
•Candy bars
•Foods in high calories / sugar
•Fried food
2. EXERCISE EVERY DAY
No matter what your goals are exercise every day! Physical activities are not only beneficial for lossing weight but also for overall health
3. CREATE A DEADLINE
A deadline gives you a sense of purpose and urgency. Mark a deadline on your calendar. Like I will lose 1 pound in 1 week this will help you alot to meet goals .
4. TRACK WHAT YOU EAT USING AN APP
Tracking your food or how much calories you consume help you to eat in limit . Set a goal to eat only this much calories.
5. FIND OUT WHAT DRIVES YOU TO EAT
This could be anything stress , anxiety, binge eating when worried or rewarding yourself with food when happy . Instead , Take a walk or call a friend .
At the end reward yourself when you reach your weekly goals (just don't use food as a reward) go to a shopping or meet a friend .
