In this video, the role of the Body Clock is explained.This body clock is very important for physical & mental health along with our emotional and behavioral effects in the body.This is an internal biological mechanism which regulates the time shedule of the body.It works on the basis of 24 hours cycle.The body clock is also known as circadian rhythm.

According to circadian rhythm we must do our works in the day time and go to sleep at night.
