Judging someone is easy but live up their life won't. STOP Judging people around you and do your work.

Daily, I come across people, who want their loved ones to be healthy and in shape. Its good to see their concerns but in that process they forget, it should be the person's choice to be healthy not yours. You cannot force anyone to live a healthy balanced life until they are ready or want to have a hold on their life/body.

Stop judging on their eating pattern or the choices of food they consumed, there could be some emotional or psychological situation they might be going through. Instead of passing comments talk to them listen to them. Give your support not negativity.
