CT guided RF Ablation of spinal osteoid osteoma

This location is extremely difficult to be approached by surgery. Pinhole technique may have equivalent results if done precisely and meticulously.

1. Air is injected in epidural space to protect spine
2. under CT guidance RF probe is placed in accurate position to ablate the tumor.
