I recently received a message on WhatsApp saying —
“Agar aapke paas diabetes and fatty liver ka diet plan ho toh send kar dijiye.”
It made me pause.
A diet plan isn’t a “file” I forward. It’s hours of understanding your medical reports, lifestyle, food habits, preferences, and struggles. It’s customized care — not a template.
When we fall sick, we don’t ask a doctor for a “free prescription.”
Then why is a dietitian’s expertise often expected for free?
Behind every plan is years of study, experience, and empathy.
It’s not just a piece of paper — it’s a roadmap to better health.
