Celtic Salt has been a life saver for me, my family, friends & clients.

So I wanted to give you this little tip that will help you if you suffer with anxiety😇

How to use Celtic Salt❓
Take a pinch, put it on your tongue. Let it dissolve. Then drink a glass of water!
Do this every morning & that’s it😃

If you get particularly anxious over things like attending an event, or getting on a train you can do this 15 minutes before doing the thing that makes you anxious and it will help ease your anxiety symptoms!!

How it helps❓⬇️

📌The sodium in Celtic salt helps regulate the body’s stress response. When you are stressed, your body releases a hormone called cortisol — this helps the body to cope with stress by providing energy and preparing the body for fight or flight. HOWEVER, too much cortisol and always being on high alert can cause anxiety.

📌Celtic salt can help regulate your body’s stress response and reduce the amount of cortisol in your body.

📌Celtic salt is also rich in magnesium which also helps to relax the muscles and the nervous system (magnesium was our first Tuesday tip post!)
It also contains calcium which is known as a calming mineral.

📌It helps calm the nerves and reduce anxiety! Calcium is essential for the body to maintain a healthy nerve function!

You can also use this for cooking — and it helps with your energy levels too
