Celtic Salt has been a life saver for me, my family, friends & clients.
So I wanted to give you this little tip that will help you if you suffer with anxiety😇
How to use Celtic Salt❓
Take a pinch, put it on your tongue. Let it dissolve. Then drink a glass of water!
Do this every morning & that’s it😃
If you get particularly anxious over things like attending an event, or getting on a train you can do this 15 minutes before doing the thing that makes you anxious and it will help ease your anxiety symptoms!!
