As per the rules of IRDA customer is not bound to buy vehicle insurance from the dealership and can opt to buy it from outside.
I booked MG WINDSOR from this dealership ( Patparganj Industrial Area). The dealer is forcing me to buy INHOUSE Insurance if i want an early delivery.
The insurance amount as per the brochure is rs 90800/-. I am getting fully loaded insurance policy from ACKO Insurance for rs 44000/-, including GST.
This is an extreamly unfair and unprofessional trade practice.
I want MG to take a note of this.
I wont pay a penny extra of my hard earned money.
And i am going to escalate the matter.
