At beyond Wellness we want to earn the privilege of not just treating our patients but to connect with them at all levels. We strive to educate and empower our patients to live their best life by embracing the dual identity as a physical therapy service provider and a therapeutic yoga centre. We offer Physio-Yoga Therapy which is an innovative approach to physical rehabilitation which combines Physiotherapy and Medical Therapeutic Yoga (MTY). What results is a healing experience which blends the latest in medical science and the time-tested traditions of Yoga. The services are for all in both one on one session and in a group class format along with health and wellness educational seminars and workshops. Physiotherapy is a well-respected health care profession that uses evidence-based treatment methods to help clients restore and maintain optimal movement and function, as well as provide education on health maintenance and injury prevention. Medical Therapeutic Yoga (MTY) involves treating the entire person in respect to their physical, psycho-emotional and spiritual recovery. MTY assessments cover many aspects of the entire being to provide a holistic form of rehabilitation for unique individual needs. The BWC team strives to provide the highest level of care to their clients with treatment in respect to the individual body, mind and spirit. MISSION: My mission is to educate, inspire and empower people to create health by authentically sharing my knowledge, expertise and experience by offering individual assessments and treatments, and actively promoting the integration of yoga into our current healthcare and education system. Strong arms are important for almost every upper body movement you do each day and your are often the heavy lifters.

The triceps is a single muscle with three different heads: the long head, lateral head, and medial head. The best way to build strong, firm triceps is to choose a mix of exercises that hit all those muscle fibers from every angle.

The overhead triceps extension is one of the most effective exercise, activating about 76% of muscles. ๐Ÿ’ก The key is keeping the arms next to the ears as you lower the weight behind you. ๐ŸŽฏ
