A simple yet powerful seated spinal twist that awakens your spine and massages your internal organs!

How to Do It:
1️⃣ Sit with your legs stretched out in front of you.
2️⃣ Bend your right knee and place your right foot beside your left knee.
3️⃣ Place your right hand behind your back for support.
4️⃣ Inhale and raise your left arm.
5️⃣ Exhale and twist to the right, placing your left elbow outside your right knee.
6️⃣ Keep your spine tall and breathe deeply.
7️⃣ Hold for a few breaths, then switch sides.
