In 2015, the USA Yoga Federation got yoga recognized by the Olympic Committee, officially turning it into a competitive sport! ✅🔥

⏱ Competitors have 3 minutes to show:
✅ Flexibility
✅ Strength
✅ Balance
✅ Control + Presentation

They must perform 5 mandatory poses:
• Standing Head-to-Knee
• Standing Bow-Pulling
• Bow Pose
• Rabbit Pose
• Stretching Pose
