Journal of Public Health and Allied Sciences Journal of Public Health and Allied Sciences (JPHAS) is a peer-reviewed quarterly publication that focuses on issues of public health importance. Ltd (CMIPL).

Journal of Public Health and Allied Sciences (JPHAS) is a peer-reviewed journal published quarterly by Cephorb Medline International Pvt. JPHAS invites articles of authors from India and abroad with special emphasis on original research findings. Submissions may be on any aspect of public health. We also invite articles on topics from all healthcare and allied sciences, which have a public health significance. The articles can be specific to the fields of Medicine, Dentistry, Nursing, Physical Therapy, Ayurveda, Homeopathy, and other Sciences which play an important role in public health. The journal is a platform for publication of scientific literature (such as original articles, review articles, short communications, brief reports, letters to editor, case reports, an technical reports). The literature can pertain to population based studies, impact assessment, monitoring and evaluation, systematic review, meta-analysis, clinic-social studies etc., related to any domain and discipline of public health. Articles specially relevant to national priorities, and those whose findings will positively impact and benefit lower-middle and low income economies are encouraged.

"According to WHO statistics for 2011, India is the highest TB burden country with an estimated incidence of 2.2 million cases of TB out of a global incidence of 9.6 million cases."

Tuberculosis, as a disease, was an emerging concern in the early 19th century, and people began understanding its pathogenesis then. However, till date, it is a major concern and no research and no work is enough, until we actually tackle TB.

"2017 is the second year of a two-year "Unite to End TB" campaign for World TB Day. This year, WHO will place a special focus on uniting efforts to "Leave No One Behind", including actions to address stigma, discrimination, marginalization and overcome barriers to access care."

Tuberculosis is one of India's largest public health concerns; according to WHO's Global Tuberculosis Report 2016, India accounts for 24 per cent of all TB cases in the world.

Healthcare providers and the common man equally share the responsibility of ensuring that people with TB receive treatment and respect, alike.
