These classes are intended for people whose hectic schedules prevent them from participating in regular yoga sessions.

There will be weekend classes.
Saturday,. from 8:15 to 9:15am
Sunday..10 to 11.30 am

This class will concentrate on using yoga to alleviate issues associated to prolonged sitting and a sedentary lifestyle.

Whilst walking is a great form of low-impact cardio exercise during pregnancy, you need to do resistance / strength training and also focus on your mobility.

*WHY IS RESISTANCE TRAINING IMPORTANT ???*

*•* To help prevent pelvic , hip & back pain (excessive walking can contribute to # pelvic pain).
