Very interesting and rare case of Bilateral Para- Ovarian Cysts. 17 yr old girl presented with large mass reaching above the level of umblicus. On laparoscopy uterus with bilateral ovaries were normal. Cysts were seen involving both the tubes- 15*15 cm over left side and 5*5 cm over right side. Careful dissection was done without harming the tubes and both the cysts were removed. Healthy uterus, tubes and ovaries at the end of the procedure❤️😊
