Few lessons learnt in past few days:

1. Majority of people can work from home.
2. We and the kids can survive without junk food.
3. Prisoners in jails for petty crimes can be released.
4. We can build hospitals within days.
5. We can spend Billions of Rupees on poor without red tapism.
6. We can survive vacations without trips to Europe and USA.
7. Developed nations are as vulnerable as any poor nation, in fact more vulnerable.
8. Our family system is still intact..
9. We spend hell lot of Petrol unnecessarily burdening our economy.
10. Rich people are in fact less immune than the poor.
11. Elites are not powerful. They are shallow.
12. Husband can live with his wife without weekly parlour visits and vice versa.
13. Elders are the backbone of a family.
14. Saving money is important.
15. Mutual Funds are actually subjected to Market Risks.
16. Living a hygienic life is not difficult.
17. Only women are not supposed to know how to cook.
18. There are a lot of good people in the World.
19. Don't disrespect nature.
20. Charity is not something you give, it is a satisfaction you recieve.
21. If you build more schools, you have to construct less hospitals.
22. We are encroaching on nature.
23. Media is bu****it.

बच्चों का खाना न पचना

लक्षण :- बच्चे के पाचनतंत्र में विकार होने के कारण कुछ ऐसे लक्षण उत्पन्न होते हैं जिससे बच्चे को काफी कष्ट होता है। बच्चा जब खाना खाता है तो खाने के कुछ देर बाद ही उसे पेट में ठण्ड महसूस होने लगती है। खाना खाने के कुछ देर उसके बाद पेट में अजीब सा महसूस होती है, हिचकी आने लगती है और हिचकी बंद होते ही पेट में ऐंठन सा दर्द के साथ गड़गड़ाहट शुरू होने लगता है। इस तरह के लक्षण उत्पन्न होने के कारण भोजन हजम नहीं हो पाता है। बच्चे को कभी कठोर और कभी पतले दस्त आते हैं। बच्चे को अधिक भूख और प्यास लगती है। अधिक खाने के बाद भी बच्चा कमजोर व पतला रह जाता है। अजीर्ण रोग में इस तरह के लक्षण उत्पन्न होते हैं।

कारण :-

अधिक भारी भोजन करना, कड़ी व सख्त चीजों का सेवन करना, खाई हुई चीजें जल्दी हजम न होना तथा दस्तावर दवाइयों का अधिक सेवन करना आदि इसका मुख्य कारण है।

बच्चे को खाना न पचना (अजीर्ण) में औषधियों का प्रयोग :-

अजीर्ण रोग होने पर बच्चे को ऐसे पदार्थो का सेवन कराना बंद कर दें जो आसानी से हजम न हो सकें और हल्का व आसानी से हजम होने वाली चीजों का सेवन कराएं। इसके साथ बच्चे को औषधि का सेवन कराएं। बच्चे के ऐसे रोग में आर्सेनिक- 6 या चायना- 6 शक्ति का सेवन कराना अत्यधिक लाभकारी होता है। इन औषधियों के साथ रोग में जल्दी लाभ के लिए बीच-बीच में इस औषधि का भी प्रयोग करना हितकारी होता है- ओलिएण्डर- 3,नक्स-वोम- 30 या सल्फर- 30 शक्ति आदि।
