इन दिनों अपने ही एक आर्गेनिक फ़ूड एंड लाइफ से जुड़े प्रोजेक्ट पर काम कर रहा हुँ, तो जीवन की सारी खोज और जानकारी के आधार पर, सभी रोज़-मर्रा की ज़िन्दगी में खाई जाने वाली वस्तुओँ की शुद्धता पर जुड़े लोगों से मिल रहा हुँ।

दूध मेरा अभी पायलट आइटम है। इसी रिसर्च की कड़ी में कल ग़ाज़ियाबाद मेरठ के आस पास के गावों में घूम रहा था तो कई दूध का काम करने वालों से मिला और इसज काम के काले सच से भी रूबरू हुआ।

आपके पास आने वाले दूध या किसी भी दूसरे दूध-प्रोडक्ट्स की क्वालिटी में 30-60 फीसदी सिर्फ ज़हर है। हर दूध में यूरिया, न्यूट्रलाइजर, फेक ग्लूकोस, रिफाइंड आयल, डिटर्जेंट जैसे केमिकल मिला होते है। 0मुझे स्पष्ट बताया गया कि कोई भी मिल्क-आइटम बिना मिलावट के नही उपलब्ध है बाज़ार में।

भैंस है, गाय भी है पर दूध बहुत कम है और बाजार बहुत बड़ा है। इसलिये खुली डकैती हैं।

यहां तक कि बड़ी बड़ी नामचीन कंपनियां भी खुली मिलावट कर ये दूध पिला रही है। वैज्ञानिक रिसर्चों का हवाला देकर आपको अफीम सुंघा देते है। आप में से कुछ सस्ता जानकर और ब्रांड ओरिएंटेड होकर और कुछ मज़बूरी में पी जाते हो।

आजकल जो कम उम्र में ही हाई कोलेस्ट्रॉल, BP, किडनी या लिवर फेलियर, या आंतों से जुड़े रोग, कैंसर, बांझपन, नपुंसकता जैसे न जाने कितने रोग हो रहे है, उसमे दूध मुख्य कारण है।

स्वस्थ मनुष्य जीवन एक कपोल कल्पना हो जाएगी, ये साफ दिख रहा है। हमारे अस्पताल इसकी खुल गवाही भी दे रहे है।

जो लोग कर सकते हो, कुछ करों, अपने लिए भी और अपने बच्चों के लिए भी।

समस्या सीधे ज़मीन से जुड़ी हुई है। एक दुष्चक्र है। सोचा थोड़ा आपको डराया जाए, अगर आप लोग वाकई में डरते है तो...😊💐
