लंबे समय तक यदि gallbladder स्टोन को ऑपरेशन कर नही लिकाला गया तो इसमें कैंसर डिवेलप कर जाता है।
इस केस में मरीज को 15साल पहले गाल ब्लैडर स्टोन की पहचान हुई । मगर इन्होंने कई कारणों से ऑपरेशन नही कराया। अब इसमें कैंसर डिवेलप हो गया है और कैंसर बड़ा होकर लीवर में फैल गया है। यानी के अब ये ऑपरेशन के लायक भी नहीं रहा। मरीज को chemotherapy और radiotherapy का सहारा लेना पड़ेगा। और इसका भी prognosis यानि के ठीक होने की संभावना बहुत ही कम होता है।

This is one and half year old boy send to me for ecocardiography with the complaint of shortness of breath and feeding difficulty .
Now see the findings
1.Overriding of aorta
2.sub aortic ventricular septal defect
3.,small size pulmonary artery
4.enlarged right ventricle and right atrium.
-combination of all four defect called tetralogy of fallot.
