Yoga classes are based around our Ocean Shalas that all looks straight out to sea on the far south end of Polem beach in south Goa. We offer Yoga Holidays, Yoga Teacher Training and Yoga retreats in south goa, india. Looking over the beach and out to sea our three stunning Ocean Shalas are the ultimate spots to salute the sun and deepen your practice to the sound of the waves. You can find us at the peaceful south end of Polem’s white sandy beach, where our friendly staff team will instantly make you feel at home. Accommodation is in our AC eco comfy conscious beautiful Beach Cabanas, all ensuite and built right on the sand of our beach front property. Healthy delicious international inspired food and fresh juices are prepared by our talented local chefs, whilst our Spa treatments will soothe or stretch you into shape! We are the experts in soul reviving, reset relaxation holidays, yoga and inspiring workshops and retreats. Come and practice yoga or relax in the guaranteed Goan sunshine, overlooking the Arabian sea as you de-stress whilst lying on a sunbed, and meet like-minded guests who will become great friends. We were on Patnem beach for 12 years and now we are in gratitude to find our new home in Polem where time stands still in this place of blissful tranquility.
