❤️We all want glowing skin throughout the year, but winter has come already & we are in big problem about skin care.
Here is solution:
1. Drink plenty of water. I know, we all feel less thirsty during winter season but that doesn't mean our body has no need of water. Drink atleast 3ltr water daily.
2. Take vegetable soup daily.
3. Eat vitamin C rich, foods. Like, Orange, lime, Amla, leafy vegetables etc. It prevent early ageing, wrinkles.
4. People who have dry skin,they feel more dryness during winter. Then should add good fat rich foods like seeds & nuts.
Nuts: Almon, cashew, pistachio, walnuts etc.
Seeds: flax seed, pumpkin seed, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, sesame seeds, muskmelon seeds.
They all rich in essential fatty acid which is very important for our overall health. But don't eat too much.
5. Can consume 1tsp ghee daily, if it's pure.
If you don't get pure ghee, then don't eat this.
7. Clean your skin daily, apply tonner, serum, good moisturizer daily. And do exfoliate your skin twice a week.
8. You can apply oil in your skin also.
You can use, Jojoba oil & Argan oil for your face.
And use any other oil, like coconut, sweet almond oil, olive oil in your body. Don't apply them in your face.
8. Do exercise daily to detox your skin.
Follow these things you will surely get glowing radiant skin within 3-4months. And most importantly, all these tips will make your hair healthy, promote hair growth also.
