Ingredients of green spices:- - peanuts - seasam - ginger, chilli paste - green coriander - salt - chillie powder - dry coriander and cumin powder - amchur powder - green garlic - jaggery Ingredients for muthiya:- - coarse wheat flour ( ઘઉં નો કકરો લોટ) 1/ 2 bowl - chickpea flour 1/4 bowl - coriander (1 bowl ) - bottlegaurd (1 bowl) - fenugreek (1 bowl) - curd ( 1 bowl) - ginger chilli paste - Seasam - Pinch soda Vegetables :- - raw bananas - sweet potato - potato - tuver - val papdi - brinjal - carrot Recipe:- - first of all mix all green spices in 1 bowl and ready it. - now take Brinjal and potato and fill green spices in that.now steam all veggies in steamer - take 1 bowl to make muthiya. - now mix all the ingredients of muthiya and make a batter - don't make batter too thin - then take a uppam pan apply oil, make small balls of batter and let it be hard on low flame - now take a pan,take oil , temper Mustard seeds now add all the leftover green spices and add some water and all the steam veggies and muthiya. let it cook for 5 mins and serve hot

🌟 A Day Full of Flavor & Inspiration 🌟

I had the incredible honor of being a judge at an amazing event hosted by MSB School Godhra , where students showcased their culinary talents with healthy and delicious dishes. 🍽️✨

The mouth-watering flavors were just the beginning! I was truly inspired by the passion and creativity these young chefs brought to the table. 🌱🥗 Each dish told a unique story, proving that healthy food can be both nutritious and exciting.

It was a privilege to witness these students making conscious choices about food at such a young age. The future of healthy eating is definitely in good hands! 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

A huge thank you to the teachers and organizers for fostering this initiative and giving these talented chefs a platform to shine. Your dedication is shaping the next generation of food enthusiasts!
